Retail and carton ordering
Individuals may order by bottle or full carton at public prices. Approved trade members receive a private 20% discount on listed carton prices.
Prices, currency and tax
Base prices are maintained in USD and include 1% tax. Customers may display and pay in USD or TRY; TRY values are converted using the server exchange rate locked when the order is created.
Shipping, carrier selection and delivery
MONÉLIA arranges dispatch and may select or change the suitable licensed carrier according to destination, product, service availability and operational requirements. The carrier and tracking details are shared when available. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing, and mandatory consumer delivery rights remain unaffected.
Order status and payment
An order reference and proforma summary confirm receipt, not payment or final acceptance. Priced products may be paid using the methods active at checkout. Until online card payment is activated, no card is charged and MONÉLIA confirms the available payment method separately. A payment receipt is not a statutory tax invoice; the official e-Arşiv/e-Fatura document is issued separately when required.
International consumer orders
Retail orders are accepted only for destinations and products supported by our carriers and applicable rules. Unless expressly included in the order, international freight, insurance, customs duty, import VAT, brokerage, storage and local fees are payable by the customer or importer. MONÉLIA remains responsible for product conformity, reasonable export packaging and the dispatch or delivery obligations imposed by mandatory law and the agreed service.
International wholesale and export
Wholesale, distributor and importer orders outside Türkiye are handled through the trade form, a written quotation or proforma and a separate contract. Payment is by bank transfer to the company account unless agreed otherwise. Products, quantity, Incoterm, freight, insurance, customs responsibilities, documents, lead time and applicable commercial terms are confirmed for each order; no binding export order exists until written acceptance and any agreed funds are received.
Availability and confirmation
Availability and final fulfilment remain subject to confirmation. Product imagery is representative and packaging may be updated while preserving the ordered specification. MONÉLIA may reject or suspend an order when legal, sanctions, export, carrier, stock, fraud or destination restrictions prevent lawful fulfilment, with any mandatory refund rights preserved.
