How MG DEĞER GIDA A.Ş. collects, uses, protects, transfers and retains personal data for MONÉLIA Shop under Turkish data-protection rules.

Data categories
Depending on the interaction, we process identity and contact data; delivery and invoice details; company, tax and trade-registration data; cart, order, product, pricing and membership records; customer messages and complaints; authentication and security logs; IP/device/request data; payment status and transaction references. Complete card numbers and security codes are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by MONÉLIA.
Purposes
Data is used to operate the site and cart; authenticate accounts; assess trade applications; form and perform orders; process payment status; issue commercial and fiscal records; arrange delivery, customs and support; prevent fraud and abuse; resolve disputes; comply with accounting, tax, food, e-commerce and consumer obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Legal grounds
Processing relies, as applicable, on the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the establishment or protection of a right and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Explicit consent is requested separately only where the law requires it, such as certain optional marketing/cookie or overseas-transfer scenarios. Reading this notice is not treated as consent.
Collection method
Data is collected electronically through forms, account and checkout actions, email, phone/WhatsApp communications, payment-provider results, carrier updates and technical/security logs; and, where necessary, through company documents supplied for trade verification.
Recipients and transfers
Only data necessary for the purpose may be shared with hosting and security providers, email delivery services, payment institutions and banks, carriers, customs brokers, accounting/e-document providers, professional advisers, authorities and dispute bodies. Some technical providers may process data abroad. International transfers are made only through a lawful mechanism required by KVKK and with appropriate safeguards; where no lawful mechanism is available, the relevant optional service is not used.
Retention
Data is retained for the transaction, account and support lifecycle and for statutory limitation, tax, accounting, e-commerce and record-keeping periods. Security logs and one-time authentication records are retained for shorter operational periods. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized when the purpose and legal retention grounds expire.
Security
We use access controls, least-privilege administration, encrypted transport, signed and expiring sessions, rate limiting, restricted database access, security headers, audit records and vendor controls appropriate to the risk. No internet service can promise absolute security; suspected incidents are investigated and notifications are made when legally required.
Your KVKK Article 11 rights
You may ask whether your personal data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction; request deletion or destruction where conditions apply; request notification of correction/deletion to recipients; object to a result produced exclusively by automated analysis; and request compensation for unlawful processing damage.
How to apply
Send a signed written application to the company address or use another method recognized by the applicable Data Controller Application Procedures rules. State your name, contact channel, relationship with MONÉLIA, request and supporting identity information. Do not email unnecessary identity documents. We respond within the statutory period after identity verification and may charge only an officially permitted fee.
Cookies, children and updates
Cookie/local-storage details are in the separate Cookie Policy. The shop is not directed to children and must be used by a legally competent buyer or authorized representative. Material changes to this notice are dated and published before they take effect where required.
