Information to include
State your name and surname, contact address, email/phone, your relationship with MONÉLIA, the order or application reference if relevant, the specific right exercised, the requested action and the preferred lawful response channel. If acting for another person, include proof of authority.
Available requests
Subject to the legal conditions, you may ask whether personal data is processed; request information, purpose and recipients; request correction, deletion or destruction; ask that relevant recipients be informed; object to a result produced exclusively by automated processing; or seek compensation for unlawful processing.
Identity and security
Do not send unnecessary identity documents, card data, passwords or security codes by ordinary email. MONÉLIA may ask for proportionate additional verification where needed to protect the applicant and other people. Requests that cannot be authenticated will not expose account or order data.
Response
Applications are answered as soon as possible and within the statutory period, normally free of charge unless a tariff or lawful reproduction cost applies. A refusal or partial response will state the legal reason and available complaint route where required.
