Important limits

Use of this model is optional; any unambiguous statement can be sufficient. Statutory exceptions may apply to rapidly deteriorating/expiring goods and certain opened sealed hygiene goods. Rights for defective, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products remain independent and are not lost by an exception to withdrawal.

Do not dispatch goods internationally or without safe packaging before receiving the return address, carrier and customs instructions. MONÉLIA will confirm the applicable return method and lawful cost allocation in writing.
