Essential product characteristics

The selected product name, flavour, size, quantity, order format and indicative product price are shown on the product page, cart and request summary. The current catalogue is a commercial preview and does not replace the verified mandatory food specification. Before any binding sale or payment, MONÉLIA will provide the applicable ingredients, allergens, nutrition declaration, net quantity, storage, shelf-life, food-operator/registration and origin information in writing. Customers with allergies or special dietary requirements must review and accept that information before purchase.

Price and additional costs

The product total and selected currency are displayed before confirmation. Delivery, insurance, customs, import tax, brokerage, bank charges or other destination costs are included only when expressly shown. For international retail orders, the customer/importer bears destination duties and local costs unless a written offer states otherwise.

Payment and formation

Online card payment is not currently active. Checkout creates an unpaid, non-binding request and a saved email record only. Before a binding retail sale, MONÉLIA confirms the mandatory product information, stock, delivery, shipping charge, final total, currency and payment method in writing. The sale is formed only after the customer accepts those final terms, completes the agreed payment and MONÉLIA accepts the order, subject to mandatory law. Quoted items and international wholesale requests require separate written confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address supplied by the customer through a carrier selected by MONÉLIA. The estimate is shown or confirmed for the order. Consumer goods are delivered within the agreed period and, unless a lawful exception applies, no later than the statutory maximum of 30 days. The customer must provide a complete, accessible address and inspect the parcel on arrival.

Right of withdrawal

Where the statutory right applies, a consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from receipt. The notice must be sent before the deadline to store@monelia.com.tr or the seller address with the order reference and an unambiguous withdrawal statement. Goods must then be returned within 14 days after notice.

• Products that deteriorate rapidly or may expire quickly can be excluded by law.
• Opened sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons can be excluded by law.
• These exceptions do not remove rights for defective, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or wrongly supplied goods.

Refund and return costs

For a valid withdrawal, all eligible payments, including the applicable delivery charge, are refunded in one transaction through the original payment method without cost to the consumer. For delivered goods returned through the carrier named in the pre-information, the 14-day reimbursement period starts when the consumer hands the goods to that carrier; if a different carrier is used, it starts when MONÉLIA receives the goods. For goods not yet delivered, it starts when the withdrawal notice reaches MONÉLIA. A consumer is not charged return costs when using the carrier named in the pre-information or when no return carrier was named. Mandatory rights for non-conforming goods remain separate.

Complaints, privacy and evidence

The privacy notice is provided separately and is not bundled with contract acceptance. Electronic records, order emails and payment-provider confirmations may be used as evidence subject to mandatory law. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts remain available where competent.
